If you are not happy with your glasses within [seven days] days of receipt, you can return or exchange them. The glasses must be in their original condition with no scratches on the lenses and no damage to the frames.

For returns, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. In the case of exchanges, we will assist you in selecting the appropriate alternative.
